Please prepare the following required documents carefully to complete student registration and ensure smooth enrollment process at our school successfully.
- Official transfer document stamped from the previous school to our school.
- Original or certified birth certificate.
- Copy of the family book (main page, parents’ page, and children’s page).
- Copy of the vaccination card from birth to the present (original required for Grade 1 students).
- Copy of passport (if available).
- Two personal photos.
- Student record stamped by the previous school.
- Previous grade certificate stamped.
- Financial clearance certificate stamped from the previous school.
